Very pleasant and helpful staff. The agent we had was very very helpful. No hidden charges or fees. Everything was laid out on the table. Not like other travel agencys we have been to. She explained everything from passports to taxes to fees to transfers. She did not play I got ya with us. Free parking with handicap spaces. Public restrooms and handicap enterance. I would recommend this agency. Ask for Amy she was great.

When we found out our Galactic Starcruiser experience at Disney dates were booked for AFTER the closure end of September, Monica jumped in & had the Starcruiser, airline tickets & transfers rebooked for July in 3 hours! It was breathtaking to watch! Kudos & thanks, Monica. You took a lot of the stress off me. Highly recommended!

Monica's knowledge of the travel world is absolutely astounding and I must say see cares for her clients beyond belief. I once witnessed her on hold for four hours to book a trip for a client.
